Most Model Student sessions are held on the weekend. We encourage you to book together with a sibling or friend. You will help each other relax and have fun during your session. If you decide to enjoy the Model Student experience with friends, we limit group numbers to four to manage your experience and not get overwhelmed. If you are confident and would like your session alone, that’s great too!
On the day of your photoshoot we will meet you at our East Brisbane studio. We can photograph you outside or in our professional studio. The photoshoot lasts 60-90 minutes. We do like to meet your parent/guardian and I’m sure they’d like to meet us too! Usually, they like to go grab a coffee or have a walk while we work.
To ‘get the look’, we suggest being prepared with a few wardrobe changes, a few different pairs of shoes, a little makeup kit (just in case), any props you’d like (including hats, scarves, instruments, books, etc) and your attitude (be it serious and posy or fun and bubbly), to give a varied look through your images.
Our style is your style… whatever you like! Our most recent sessions have been fans of the grungy, funky look, but we can also photograph you in a traditional fashion, high-key or bright and clean. Because we photograph you on-location or in the studio, we have endless possibilities!
