To Parents & Guardians…
Whilst Mel and Sara like to have fun and help our participants enjoy the shoot, we are both very serious about safety and rights. We will not put any of our Model Student clients in physical danger and are mindful throughout the shoot of our surrounds, including people who may be watching in the public.
We are safety conscious about our clients’ images and the internet. We have a standard ‘Model Release’ we ask all clients to sign. The Release includes wording asking permission to use our client’s images on our website and/or blog and in printed matter for promotional reasons. Signing the Release is optional. Only images with a signed Release will be shown on our webpages. It is a legal form, therefore the signatory must be 18 years or over.
For ‘trash-the-dress’ sessions, where the client intends to wear a formal dress into the water, a permission form or letter needs to be signed by a parent or guardian.
